RETURNS/EXCHANGE – INDIA
7 days of easy exchange policy subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned without any scratches or damage within 7 days of the receipt of the product.
- Must be returned in its original packaging with all the tags and labels intact.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- It is buyer’s responsibility to ship the product back to us at our registered address ( Lusso Lifestyle, Shop no.1, Sagar Bldg no.130, Sikka Nagar, Near V.P Road Police St., Mumbai-400004.) if he wishes to exchange or return the product.
- An amount of Rs.200 will be deducted for any kind of return or exchanges made by the customer.
- If the product does not meet your expectations, a store credit shall be issued in your Lusso wallet which would be valid for 3 months from the date of refund.
- No refunds will be initiated unless the products received were damaged or a wrong product was shipped to you.
- Any item less than Rs.1200 cannot be returned unless received in a damaged condition.
- All returns, exchange and warranty claims will be processed after examining the claim and approval from us.
- If you receive a broken/damaged product, or if the wrong order was shipped to you, we offer a free replacement of the same model and colour, provided it is in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will offer store credit. We will cover the cost of returns for broken, damaged products or if the wrong product was shipped to you. - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over Rs 2500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
