SHIPPING POLICY

We at LussoLifestyle understand the eagerness of our customers when they order our products and therefore, it is important for us to deliver you the product in prime condition and within the said timeframe.
To accomplish our mission we use various interconnected channels of quality courier services to deliver our dear customers.
Depending upon the location, the product is dispatched from our end within an approximate timeframe of;

  • 2-7 business days for in-stock items,
  • 25-30 days for Made-to-order items in India and,
  • 5-15 days for the rest of the world.

It may take an additional 5-7 days for the product to be delivered by the courier service.

Kindly Note: We use the best channels and network partners for delivery but we do not have direct control over the courier services and any unforeseen delays or circumstances cannot be helped. 

PREPAID ORDERS:
We use an industry-standard and highly secure payment gateway to process online orders and payments. This ensures that your privacy is not compromised under any circumstance.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

  • We provide COD for almost all pin codes across India.
  • If the COD service is unavailable in your region, you will have to make the payment online or provide an alternate address otherwise we have the authority to cancel the order (You will be notified about it).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • Yes, we do ship all over the Globe.
  • To place an International Order, you need to place the order via e-mail. You can mail us at support@lussolifestyle.com
  • Shipping Charges and Duties are to be paid by the buyer.
  • Ensure the size you are ordering is perfect as there is no exchange or return in international shipping.

NOTE:
In case of a refund (if applicable), only the product amount will be refunded in the wallet and a shipping charge equivalent to 15% of the order value will be deducted.
